Noah & Elise were just engaged when they came to me to help them find their first home nearly 10 years ago. They selected a beautiful Beaux Arts one-bedroom and sold it when they were pregnant with their first son. I had the pleasure of moving them just down the street to a two-bedroom on California Street. Recently, with two sweet sons now in tow (ages 6 and 1), Noah & Elise closed on their spacious rowhouse on Iowa Avenue. I can only begin to tell you what a delight it has been to advise this wonderful family through these several phases of their lives – all on diagonal state-named avenues and streets!
I deeply prize my long-term relationships with my clients. I was curious to learn from Noah & Elise how I earned the privilege of their trust time after time. I posed a series of questions to them.
What made you decide to ask Sammy to help you with your real estate needs?
“I like how direct and honest Sammy is – he helped us set realistic expectations for ourselves during our home hunt.”
How did Sammy help you decide between different options?
“Sammy is always thoughtful and empathetic in supporting our decision-making. He helps us see different perspectives and consider factors that may not have occurred to us which often helped us make better-informed decisions.”
How did Sammy help keep you informed of progress through the transaction?
“Sammy is very proactive, calm, responsive, and always available. Anytime there is an update whether it is buyer or selling, he lets us know immediately No matter what it is, with Sammy, we always feel like we know exactly what’s happening, why, and what we can do about it.”
How would you describe Sammy’s approach with you that made the experience special?
“We love Sammy’s sense of humor and how easy he is to work with. We understand that he wears many hats all day long. Sammy knows us – our family, our kids, he connects us to people. He introduced us to a neighbor who became a dear friend. You don’t just get his breadth of experience and knowledge – you also get Sammy’s entire network and community who provide support in all different aspects of buying or selling a home.
