Noah & Elise were just engaged when they came to me to help them find their first home nearly 10 years ago. They selected a beautiful Beaux Arts one-bedroom and sold it when they were pregnant with their first son. I had the pleasure of moving them just down the street to a two-bedroom on California Street. Recently, with two sweet sons now in tow (ages 6 and 1), Noah & Elise closed on their spacious rowhouse on Iowa Avenue. I can only begin to tell you what a delight it has been to advise this wonderful family through these several phases of their lives – all on diagonal state-named avenues and streets!
